	Marjory Lokahi Gentsch, Broker of Record Marjory is the Broker of Record for Hill Country Green Team LLC, in Austin, Texas. She founded the Hill Country Green Team as a result of her own learning experience researching for, and becoming involved in the construction of her “greener” built home in 1998-2000. She entered the Real Estate profession with the intention of specializing in Green Real Estate.
